About the Recidences

The design is inspired by classic Spanish architecture, yet with a modern outlook and contemporary feel. The palette of colours has been chosen to reflect a balance in light and shade, which fits in with the open surroundings of the Saliņa Cerca area.

The house will be finished in a light yellow colour with accents of burgundy, while roof tiles will be done in a dark brown. The white casement type windows will add a highlight to the overall exterior of the house. Special detail has been given to design an interior that blends with the open harmonic spaces and retains an open feel that complements the natural feel of the project and its environment. The kitchen and bathrooms will have the utmost European technologies and designs elements fused with glass-panelled backgrounds for a truly modern feel. The yard includes a terrace that is embellished by a free-shaped swimming pool surrounded by a tropically detailed landscaping that includes Washingtonian Palms
